The Young Property Professionals (YPP) creates future leaders by providing a number of networking and educational events in most Australian states. Each YPP committee is run by enthusiastic and ambitious young property professionals who are members of the Australian Property Institute and are working in the industry and/or studying towards a tertiary qualification. YPP members are generally (but not always) under 35 and come from a diverse property background including valuation, management, funds management, agency, banking, legal, consultancy, development and REITs.
